While factors like appearance, location, and weather conditions can certainly play a role in the decision-making process, they do not hold the same weight as health and structural integrity. A tree might look visually appealing or be positioned well in a yard, but if it poses a risk due to its compromised state, then removal becomes necessary for safety. Likewise, while weather can affect the urgency of removing a tree, it does not directly influence the inherent reasons for the removal decision as effectively as health and structure do.
